- We ship within the United States unless otherwise stated
- Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided during order confirmation
- SewSimple is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses
Custom & Personalized Orders
Because our items are custom-made:
- All custom or personalized orders are final sale
- Please double-check spelling, colors, and details before submitting your order
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns or exchanges only if:
- The item arrives damaged
- The item is incorrect due to our error
If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is reviewed.
