Most SewSimple items are handmade and/or custom-made. Processing times may vary depending on the item and level of personalization. Estimated timelines will be communicated at the time of order.


Shipping

  • We ship within the United States unless otherwise stated
  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or provided during order confirmation
  • SewSimple is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect addresses

Custom & Personalized Orders

Because our items are custom-made:

  • All custom or personalized orders are final sale
  • Please double-check spelling, colors, and details before submitting your order

Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges only if:

  • The item arrives damaged
  • The item is incorrect due to our error

If there is an issue, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the item is reviewed.
